Tingsha bells can be used for many reasons The sound vibration they omit can help bring focus when needed. They are often used to signal the start and end of meditation sessions, yoga sessions, the workday, or when you are looking for focus on a particular project. Chime the bells together and remain still while focussing on the breath and sound vibration as it fades.

Clear Quartz
