How long will it take my order to arrive?
We aim to dispatch products on either the day of order or the next business day (excluding Sundays and publc holidays). We use a very reliable postage service which provides tracking numbers, so you can feel sure that your parcel will arrive in good condition, within 2-5 days. If you experience any problems, please do not hesitate to let me know.
What happens if I receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not what I expected?
Our Customers are our top priority at Curio, so therefor if you are not happy, neither are we. In the event that this occurs, please contact us via the 'contact us' page, and just let us know what has happened and if possible any relevant photos, and we will immediately issue a refund and/or replace the product.
As we are environmentally conscious at Curio, and strive to adhere to sustainable practices and minimise our carbon footprint, we do not require you to return the physical product/s.
What happens if my order doesn't arrive, or arrives but is in poor condition?
We make every effort to ensure this does not happen, but we know that sometimes these things do. If this occurs, please get in touch via the 'contact us' page, and provide your order number, a brief description of what has occurred, and in the case of damaged goods, a photo. We will then issue a refund and/or arrange for an agreed replacement product to be sent to you. In the case of a product not arriving, we will confirm whether the product is still in transit and provide options as to what you would like to do, or if it has gone missing, we will issue a refund, and/or replacement product immediately.
Do you only ship to Australia?
At present we only ship to Australia and the United States. We are working on shipping to more countries in the near future. So watch this space.
